Do I need to be technical?
No. We build the site, set up the AI desk and explain everything in plain words. You review on your phone.
What if a caller asks something the AI desk does not know?
It says your team will confirm and takes a message. It quotes only the prices on your sheet and never invents one.
Can callers reach a person?
Yes. The AI desk puts callers through to your team in the order you set, and takes a message if nobody picks up.
Can I keep my number?
Yes. Forward your existing number to the AI desk from your current carrier, or use the new local number we set up. A number we set up can be ported out if you leave.
What happens to the texts and recordings?
Calls are recorded, and the AI desk says so once on every call. You can read the transcripts and the ledger. Texts carry your business name and "Reply STOP to opt out", and STOP is honoured.
